St. Benedict students celebrate Catholic Education Week with artwork!

St. Benedict students completed artwork based on the one of the sub-themes of Catholic Education Week. Each group brainstormed what that theme meant and how it could be applied to our lives in the year 2017. We then gave each group a large piece of mural paper and had them visually represent their understanding of their theme. There was very little teacher input, and the Grade 8 students as what their theme meant to them and their lives.
